Mailbox Guidelines

* Mailbox and post shall be of the Cypress Landing approved design. Reference Mail Box cost collected with the "Application". (Reference page 9, paragraph 4L)

* Mailboxes must be installed on the street of the living unit address.

* Street numbers on the mailbox are part of the approved design and are included with the mailbox. You may purchase approved replacement numbers from the vendor listed below or at Lowe's...Designer Premier Series 4" Traditional Brass.

If a name is displayed, it should be on the mailbox itself. Letters should be 2 inches high and painted in a professional manner in the same style as the numbers on the mailbox plaque.

* For those of you with wooden mailboxes that need repainting, the following color scheme is required:

Post: Exterior White Semi Gloss
Plaque: Lowes American Tradition Chestnut Beach # 3002-7A
Mailbox: To freshen up tired looking green boxes, use a wax to revive the sheen

* For those of you needing mailbox replacement parts, the following approved vendor will be able to assist you. Keep in mind that these replacements will be constructed of vinyl material.
