Pool Floatation Devices
It has been brought to our attention that large “lounging” floats are being used at the pool. Per the Pool Rules (No. 13) Large flotation devices such as rafts, inner tubes, etc. are not permitted in the pool or pool area. Noodles or small inner tubes that fit just under the arms are permitted. A copy of the pool rules may be viewed online at www.cypresslandingnc.com or you may pick up a copy at the CAM office. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 975-3255.

Property Owner Cards
We have noted that very few residents have come in to get their Cypress Landing Property Owners card. If you have no Property Owners card or if you have lost your original please come into the HOA office Monday – Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

In an effort to serve you more efficiently we too have changed our email addresses:

Tomi Moody (CAM): cypresscam@embarqmail.com
Scott Moody (Maintenance): cypressmaint@embarqmail.com
Architectural Control Committee: cypressacc@embarqmail.com

We hope this change will go smoothly!   Please be understanding and patient while we work this out. For office responsibilities see the CAM Office Operations.

A Current List of lot owners can be obtained in the HOA Office at 100 Marina Drive.

HELP US TO HELP YOU!!
In an effort to manage the CAM office in a friendly, effective & efficient manner, please help us with the following:

Catherine is the “Keeper” of the Bay Club Calendar. Please call or email between the hours of  9 a.m. & 1 p.m. Monday-Friday when scheduling your events/meetings. Her direct email address is:
cypress-hoa@embarqmail.com

If you are moving, selling home/lot, changed e-mail address or have joined the “information highway” and have an e-mail address, please contact our office at 252-975-3255 or cypress-hoa@embarqmail.com . We need your updated home addresses, phone numbers and e-mail to maintain an accurate database. Also, having you e-mail address is an efficient and “COST EFFECTIVE” venue in which the HOA can keep our residents/lot owners abreast of what’s happening in the community!

If you need an “audience” with the CAM, please e-mail or call ahead to set up an appointment. This is especially helpful if you require project assistance, research, etc. We often have “waiting lines” in our office and we hate to turn anyone away empty handed or frustrated. Calling ahead helps us to better prepare our daily schedules.

HELP US! We still need your EMPTY PRINTER CARTRIDGES (SORRY NO Cannon or Epson). We recycle these and receive a ream of paper for each cartridge. Again our thanks goes out to you who have brought in cartridges. We can never have enough!!

FAX NUMBER: The Fax number that is printed on the CL Home Owner’s List that you receive from the Sales Office has been changed. Please make a note of the NEW FAX NUMBER: 975-0955. This fax machine is located in the Committee Room (the room where the copier is located. The cost for using the fax is $1.00 per page; (receiving and sending) please place money in the cup that you use for making copies.

STREET LIGHTS: If you have a street light out on your street you must contact the company that provides power for that section of Cypress Landing. In some areas you are served by Tideland Electric, others receive their power from Progress Energy. Look for the number on the pole and contact them directly.

To make Bay Club reservations or check the Club calendar, sandwich reservations, questions about residents addresses, etc. please email Catherine at: cypress-hoa@embarqmail.com
For questions about finance, budget, etc. please email the Community Association Manager (Tomi Moody) at:
cypresscam@embarqmail.com
Please make a note of these email addresses.
