ADHOC GOLF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
CHARTER

The ADHOC Golf Management Committee is being established to make recommendations to the Cypress Landing Homeowners Board of Directors resolving the current golf course issue(s).  Specifically, the committee is charged with the following:

• Identify the remaining issue(s) giving deference to decisions by earlier CLMHOA Board of Directors.
• Establish criteria to evaluate alternatives.   Including (but not limited to) what would be involved to implement, what is the likely outcome(s), and what is the anticipated cost.
• Identify alternatives and recommend(s).

The report and recommendations(s) is to be submitted to the HOA Board by January 22, 2008.

The committee shall be made up of the following members:
