Contract Worker Insurance Requirement
Slip holders:
As you may or may not be aware, the fire and liability policy that insures
the Marina requires that all contractors working on boats in the Marina must
have liability and workmen’s compensation insurance. The minimum liability
amount is $1,000,000.
We are, therefore, requiring any person working on boats in the Marina to
furnish the marina evidence of insurance in at least the minimum amount.
