The Cypress Landing tennis courts are to be accessible and
enjoyable
for all property owners of the Cypress Landing community
Court Operating Hours
6:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M. Daily
1.
The Committee will maintain a players list.
2. There should
be no play on a court with a lowered net, when the lines are raised, when
the courts are soft, have wet spots or when the “courts are NOT playable”
sign is displayed.
3. Sweep court(s) and clean lines after
play.
4. Tennis shoes only must be worn. No athletic
shoes.
5. Turn off lights and close gate(s) after play.
6. Guests of property owners must be accompanied at all times by the
property owners. Guests who are houseguests or family members are
welcome to play during scheduled events (i.e. “open tennis”, interclub/intraclub
tournaments, etc.). Guests who are not houseguests or family members can
play only when no events are scheduled. Property owners are responsible
for the actions and behavior of their guests.
7. Children
under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older).
8.
Limit to one set if one or more players are waiting.
9.
Report immediately any damage to the Community Association Manager (CAM)
or to the Tennis Committee.
