1. This facility is restricted to HOA members, member’s tenants and their
respective houseguests age 18 and older. Upon the signing of the waiver, a
keypad entry code number will be assigned for that individual’s personal
use only.
2. An adult age 21 or older must accompany all 14-17 year olds. Children
under 14 are not permitted in the workout area and MUST be supervised at
all times by an adult 21 or older inside the facility. No pets allowed in
the fitness center.
3. There is no attendant on site. Exercise at your own risk.
4. No alcohol or tobacco use is permitted in the fitness center.
5. Members and their guests must sign in/out when using the workout area.
Please also document any equipment malfunction as indicated on the sign in
sheet. A new sheet will be used for each day.
6. Proper attire and athletic shoes must be worn in the workout area. No
wet swimsuits allowed in the workout area. Shoes must be worn at all times
when entering the facility from the pool area. Swimmers coming in to use
the restrooms must dry off in order to prevent tiled area from becoming
slippery and dangerous.
7. Members and their guests are responsible for maintaining a safe and
pleasant environment and for acting in a courteous and considerate manner.
Please:
- Read, understand and follow equipment operating instructions before
using. If any piece of equipment is malfunctioning, discontinue using
immediately, hand an “Out-of-order” sign on it and document on the sign-in
sheet.
- Abide by a 30-minute time limit on cardio equipment if others are
waiting.
- Replace free weights, dumbbells, mats and any other equipment when
finished.
- Wipe off equipment used with supplies provided.
- Do not bring food or drink into the workout area except bottled
water/sports drink.
- Use personal headsets for listening to your own music, etc.
- Keep personal items in designated areas. You are responsible for your
own belongings. Lost or stolen articles are not the responsibility of the HOA or its committees.
- Be sure outside door is securely locked when leaving. After 8:00PM, last
person leaving facility must turn out lights.
