Reviewed minutes of last meeting. Clarifications without changes
to minutes.
Reviewed issues identified and sources reviewed for data and ideas.
It was discussed and agreed that this list will be maintained as a
reference only.
After some discussion, it was agreed to continue the process of
solidifying our discussions and recommendations in policy format.
All policies will be in the same format, suggested by Jim Kloiber.
This format will indicate the following:

This list is not all inclusive. Some items will be included in the
content of a general policy or procedure.
Standing committee: Elections Committee

It was agreed to separate
BOD elections process from the special assessments/ issues process
BY laws changes anticipated
Confidentiality and security policy statement
Definition and usage of Proxy’s
Ballot validity processes
Reviewed and discussed draft on Voting and Elections Policy. Kathy
to format for next meeting
Reviewed and discussed Voting and Elections Procedure draft. Jim
and George will format in preparation for next meeting.
John to format “Review and Comment Policy for next meeting
Tomi to format Elections Committee to match current Nominations
committee format including responsibilities of chair, may include ballot
validity process and/ or security confidentiality process.
If possible all are to be done and sent to committee members before the
next meeting for review and input.
