The meeting, held for the purpose of electing officers, was called to
order by Ernie Uhr at 12:15 PM.
Officer Elections
The floor was opened for nominations for President. On a motion by
Bill Lord, seconded by Helen Sommerkamp, Mr. Uhr was nominated
President. Mr Uhr accepted the nomination and was duly elected.
The floor was opened for nominations for Vice President. Larry
Howard was nominated but declined the nomination. On a motion made
by Helen Sommerkamp, seconded by Larry Howard, Mr. Moore was nominated
Vice President. Mr. Moore accepted the nomination and was duly
elected.
NEW BUSINESS
Orientation Meeting
President Ernie Uhr announced an Orientation meeting for all board
members on Tuesday, September 18 at 7:00 PM in the Washington Room of
the Bay Club. CL residents are welcome to attend. Committee assignments
will be made at that time.
HOA Board of Directors Meeting Schedule
BOD Working sessions will be held 3rd Tuesdays at 9:00AM
BOD Business meetings will be held 4th Tuesdays at 7:00 PM
Statistical Voting Results
Mr. Moore requested that the secretary include the voting results of the
Proposed Covenant/By-law Amendments, Capital Projects/Special Assessment
with the Annual Minutes.
Letter to candidates
Mr. Uhr will send a letter of appreciation to the two candidates who
ran but who were not elected to the BOD.
There being no further business, a motion was made and seconded to
adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 12:25 PM.
