The Cypress Landing Master Home Owner’s Association’s
first annual “President’s Award” for the most significant achievement by
an individual, or group, directly affecting the Cypress Landing
community during the period September 2006 to September 2007 is
presented to John Reiner for exceptional performance as set forth in the
following citation:
The Cypress Landing Master Home Owner’s Association’s is pleased to
award the “President’s Award” to John Reiner for exceptional performance
as the Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee. As Chairman, John
has been the principal driver for numerous major projects undertaken or
overseen by the Building and Grounds Committee. During this
period, major efforts such as the design and construction of Kayak
Storage Racks, sidewalk beautification projects, common property
beatification projects, storm water basin repair, and maintenance of all
our amenities have been undertaken with the principal oversight and
leadership provided by John Reiner. He has been a tireless leader in our
community and the principal reason for the overall success of the
Building and Grounds Committee.
